Inspired by this philosophy, we chose to expand the experiences we offer through wellness sessions, yoga practices and transformative workshops designed to elevate the stay beyond hospitality into a journey of well being and self connection. Through movement, breath, mindfulness and guided therapeutic practices, our guests are invited to fully unwind, restore their energy and embrace a deeper sense of peace throughout their time in Crete.
Our
Yoga Instructor
Sophia Iliadi is a Cognitive Behavioural clinical hypnotherapist, yoga teacher and energy psychology practitioner. Her sessions blend mindful movement, guided meditation and therapeutic techniques to help clients release stress, reconnect with themselves and experience emotional transformation. Through yoga, personalized therapy and transformative workshops she creates a safe and supportive space where mind and body can let go of tension and cover inner wisdom and cultivate lasting balance and well-being.
